What is ReACT?
Retraining and Control Therapy (ReACT) is a novel treatment for functional neurological disorder.
Using a rehabilitation approach, ReACT aims to directly retrain the physical symptoms associated with FND, empowering the individual to regain control of their body and return to their daily life.
Involvement of the individual, their family, and their environment is important for treatment. For children, this involves the child, parents, and school team. For adults, this involves the adult, significant other(s), and work.
(1) Person Centered
ReACT uses well-establish strategies based in CBT that help you target your FND symptoms. You will learn skills that have helped hundreds of people manage their FND already.
(2) Family Supported
FND affects the whole family, and does not come with a handbook - until now. Family members are crucial to ReACT treatment. This includes parents (for children) and close family and/or significant others (for adults).
(3) School & Work
You will be given a detailed plan and information to share with your school or work team so that FND symptoms can stop interfering with your hobbies and responsibilities.

ReACT FND Health: Our Program
You can receive treatment from our in-house doctoral-level psychologists who deliver ReACT using our Precision Treatment Tool. You will be paired with a psychologist licensed to do telehealth in your state, and all sessions will be delivered through telehealth. Receive treatment from the comfort of your home.
